Right to a Healthy Environment Webinar

On 17 October 2024, the Human Rights Law Centre and Whitlam Institute at Western Sydney University co-hosted a webinar on the Right to a Healthy Environment.

The webinar unpacked what the right to a healthy environment is, what the current issues facing biodiversity and climate are, how they will disproportionately impact Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and what difference a right to a healthy environment in an Australian Human Rights Act can make.
