We’ve developed factsheets to provide a simple and clear way to describe why we need an Australian Human Rights Act or Charter.

They use practical examples of how those rights have helped people using the state based Human Rights Charters and Acts in Victoria, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory, and why we need a national Charter of Human Rights.
