Aged Care Bill Submission

The Human Rights Act campaign made a submission to the Federal Parliamentary inquiry into the Aged Care Bill 20204 (Cth)

The submission called for enforceable human rights standards in the Bill, and for an Australian Human Rights Act as recommended by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights in their 30 May 2024 report into Australia’s human rights framework.
