Making the right to health a reality report

Our friends at the Australian Human Rights Institute at UNSW launched a report at the ‘Making the Right to Health a Reality’ webinar co-hosted with the Human Rights Law Centre that looks into the right to health in Australia, where the gaps are, and how an Australian Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms can make a difference.

Speakers at the report launch forum were Donnella Mills, Chair of the National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, Rosemary Kayess, Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and Hugh de Kretser the Executive Director of the Human Rights Law Centre.
